• Invoice with frame number provided by the seller
• Declaration that it is an electric bike for urban use, provided by the seller
• Certificate of no debt to the Tax Office - can be requested online at the Tax Office portal
• Certificate of no debt to Social Security - can be requested online at the Social Security Direct portal

Step-by-Step Guide to Formalize Your Application with the Environmental Fund

Step 0 - Required Authorizations
Authorize the Environmental Fund to verify your status with: a) Tax Authority (A.T.) b) Social Security

1. a) Tax Authority
   Go to the website, log in, and then go to:
   https://sitfiscal.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt/autorizacao/autorizar/nova-autorizacao

Enter the Environmental Fund's NIPC (600086992) and click “authorize”.

1. b) Social Security
   Go to the Social Security website, log in, and access:
   https://app.seg-social.pt/ptss/ascd/consentimentos?dswid=-1

Enter the Environmental Fund's NIPC (600086992), set an expiration date (you may choose up to 1 year), and click “confirm”.

Step 1 - Register with the Environmental Fund
Register on the Environmental Fund’s website:
https://www.fundoambiental.pt/candidaturas/registo.aspx

You will receive an email with the subject:
[Environmental Fund] – User Registration

Email message:
"Dear [name],
We received your registration request on the Environmental Fund process management platform.
Registered email: [your_email@email.com]. Click here to confirm your registration."

After confirmation, you’ll receive another email with:
[Environmental Fund] – User Registration – Access Data
Email message:
"Dear [name],
Your user profile was successfully created. The username you registered with is as follows: [username]."

Step 2 - Accessing the Application Form
After logging in, click on the “key” icon at the top right and go to the application form at:
https://www.fundoambiental.pt/veiculos-de-emissoes-nulas-ven-2024/candidaturas/iniciar.aspx

Fill out the form, making sure to include the full 7-digit postal code (4+3 digits). Then click “Submit” at the top of the form.

Step 3 - Vehicle Information and Questionnaire
During the "In Progress" phase, select your application in the table and click “Edit”.

Go to the “Vehicles” tab and click “+ New”.

Complete the vehicle information (bicycle), including the PDF attachments for:

• Invoice
• Declaration from the seller stating that the vehicle is intended for urban use or cargo transport, as applicable (if this information is not on the invoice).

Go to the “Questionnaire” tab and fill it out.

Step 4 - Completion and Submission of the Application
Click “Save”
Click “Edit”
Click “Submit vehicle”
Click “Submit application”

You will know your application is complete when you receive an email with:
[Zero Emission Vehicles] Application Submission No. [xyz]

Email message:
"Dear [name],
Your application submission with number [xyz] has been formalized."
