Our history
2019
The Beginning
50 Rebels was founded and was ready for a great and shiny future!
However, faith brought a not so shiny pandemic. But, as any newborn, we were strong and ready to build lots of immunity!
2020
Focused on production
Pioneering Production in Portugal!
2020 was a year of proof and production ramp-up. Amid challenges, we forged ahead, laying the groundwork for our handcrafted E-Bikes.
2021 - 2024
Growth & consistency
Team Growth, Sales Surge, and a Milestone: 700 E-Bikes manufactured and sold!
2021 unfolded as a chapter of expansion and achievement and our trajectory upwards until now. Our team grew to 3 employees, and then to 5, sales soared, and a significant milestones were reached. Our B2B platform was launched, we got a new warehouse and we never stopped manufactaring ebikes!
2025
Unlimited Series
In the evolution of 50 Rebels, 2023 marked a significant leap forward. We proudly unveiled new headquarters, expanded our warehouse capacity, optimized our picking processes, and bolstered production in Portugal.
With a team of 7 dedicated individuals, we achieved a remarkable milestones!

We have a solution for each use case, the R-Series is our agressive and bold model, the V-Series wins in agility with it's step through frame and the R2S is our cargo champion, able to carry up to 3 people.

R2S
A bike for the whole family that can carry up to 3 people. The R2S is all about power and size. Its has a bigger seat and can even carry two batteries for extended range.

A new warehouse
In 2023 we moved to a new warehouse, with more space to grow. This is our HQ and also our logistics centre, giving us extraordinary agility.
How does "Equity for Rebels" work?
For a mimimum 5.000€ ticket size, you will acquire equity and join us in the road to change the ebike industry by investing in the Unlimited Series Bike, with go-to-market scheduled for the end of 2026.
