This payment method is only available for R-Series and V-Series models without suspension.

The financing option for up to 36 months has a minimum purchase amount of 1000 euros and no maximum limit. However, please note that depending on the customer's credit history, Klarna may approve or decline the purchase due to high risk.

Klarna accepts most valid credit and debit cards that are not scheduled to expire in the near future. However, prepaid cards are not accepted. The decision to accept a specific type of card is at Klarna's discretion and may be subject to limitations. If a card type is not accepted, customers will be notified before completing the purchase.

If you want to cancel the purchase, please contact our customer service to request the annulment. After the request is processed, a minimal fee of 250€ will be applied and deducted from the refunded amount.

If your card details change between the initial purchase and the final payment, it is important to notify Klarna immediately. You agree to provide updated information through the online method provided by Klarna. Failure to update information may result in late payment fees. Klarna may also be authorized to obtain updated details directly from your card issuer if updated information is not provided promptly. Failure to update information promptly may result in late payment fees and require immediate payment of all remaining amounts if your card is canceled.

With Klarna, the Consumer APR does not exceed 21.90%.

Your first payment is withdrawn when you complete the process sent via the link to finalize your purchase.

To check your payment due dates, log in to the Klarna app, navigate to "Payments," and select the order for payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation via email once the store confirms your order, and you'll also get payment reminders through email and within the app.

Good to know: Download the Klarna app and enable notifications to ensure you never miss a payment date.

Returns for all or part of the items purchased are managed by 50 Rebels. If you make a return, your payment schedule will be recalculated accordingly, which may involve modification or cancellation.

Any amount already paid will be automatically refunded, typically within 2 to 5 business days. If necessary, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. For payments made with a delayed debit card, refunds will be processed by the end of the month directly to your bank account.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service to start the cancellation process. Please note that a cancellation fee of at least €250 will apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
