The Cofidis Pay payment solution is a financial product based on a factoring contract between the merchant and Cofidis. The operation is authorized by the client and when successfully completed, monthly payments will be made to Cofidis. Once the payment plan is underway, it is not possible to change to another payment method. However, you can make repayments or settle early at no cost and at any time.

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it and therefore cancel the payment plan, you should address your request to 50Rebels who will analyze and decide according to the situation and the legislation in force.

Cofidis undertakes an analysis prior to accepting each invoice assignment, taking into account, in particular, the verification of the necessary requirements for the assignment and the client's financial capacity for each new operation. Cofidis is free to accept the assignment or not. The reasons for refusing each operation are confidential.

The returns (of all or part of the items) are managed by 50 Rebels. If you have made a return your payment schedule
will be recalculated accordingly (modified or cancelled). The amount already paid will be automatically refunded by
bank transfer if needed. If you paid with a delayed debit card, this amount will be refunded by the end of the month on your bank account.
